What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your package ships, we will send a second email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Are your products tested on animals?
At The Village Company, we are committed to ethical beauty. None of our finished products or ingredients are tested on animals, and we maintain strict standards for cruelty-free production.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your self-care routine. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select territories. We are working hard to bring our bath and body products to international customers in the near future.
Are your bath products safe for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are formulated with gentle ingredients; however, we always recommend checking the full ingredient list on the product page and performing a patch test before full use.
